BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice of Public Hearing

The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals ("the Board") will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, the 8th day of July, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Community Center, 21463 SR 347 (Main St.), Raymond, Ohio 43067.

TO ADDRESS ITEMS OF BUSINESS:

-- The Board shall consider an application for a Conditional     Use Permit by Martin Wilt regarding his intent to utilize a     single-unit manufactured home as a new residence on     property he owns at 23253 Rapp Dean Road, Raymond, Ohio     43067. Mr. Wilt's proposal is defined in the Liberty Township     Zoning Resolution ("the Resolution") as a conditional use,     which may be approved only by the Board after a public     hearing.

-- The Board shall consider an application for a zoning Variance     submitted by the same Applicant regarding the same property     and structure on Rapp Dean Road. Mr. Wilt proposes to     permanently place a single-unit manufactured home on the     property which offers significantly less living space than the     minimum area normally required by the Resolution for a new     residence in that District.

Any person with standing in these matters is invited to attend and offer comments at the hearing, or to submit written comments to the Board by way of the office of the Zoning Inspector. Written comments may be sent to:
